The Laguna Beach Kite House is a modernly designed and decorated, spacious and luxurious two bedroom (one and a half bath) single family home with astoundingly beautiful architecture, including a spiral staircase, stained glass artwork, a gourmet kitchen, and a master bath with roman tub and private patio.  The private home’s floor to ceiling windows capture absolutely picture perfect unobstructed views from every room of the house.  The master bedroom’s panoramic ocean views are completely breathtaking.  The house is surrounded by gorgeous gardens.

Enjoy a romantic evening watching the Catalina Island sunset from indoors, or from outdoors on one of two private decks, followed by a night in front of a glorious fireplace.  If you are traveling with your family, take advantage of the house’s excellent DVD lending library, back yard BBQ, and nearby hillside hiking trails overlooking the ocean.  Spend your days at Kings Cove Beach, right at the base of Alta Vista Way, or play volleyball at Main Beach, only a few miles away.  Golfers shouldn’t miss nearby Aliso Creek Golf Course with its stunning vistas.  If you enjoy art, don’t miss the Laguna Beach Art Museum, only minutes away.  In the mood for whale watching?  Boating excursions leave from nearby Dana Point.  For world class dining, make your way to nearby Downtown Laguna Beach for exquisite cuisine in any of many fine Laguna Beach restaurants.  With city shuttle service available within a block’s distance, all the best of the area is easily accessible. 

The house is truly a perfect accommodation for anyone seeking the high-end, private and pampering experience.  From couples on a romantic getaway to business people to families with children, I can’t imagine anyone not being happy with their stay.  Absolutely every practical luxury is included, from a full-sized washer and dryer to wireless internet service.  The facility is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, dvd/vcr player, cable television, and more.  You can expect high-class facilities in the form of premium Sealy Posturpedic pillow-top mattresses, a Jenn-Air stove, and designer furnishings throughout the home to compliment the house’s modern architecture.  Up to six people can stay in the home.  They don’t allow pets or indoor smoking.

Prices range from just under $200 to around $500 per night, and a minimum 3-day stay is required.  Discounts are offered for reservations of more than 7 days.  A $300 refundable deposit and a $200 non-refundable professional cleaning fee are required.  Make sure to book well in advance, and be certain of your plans before you commit.  Reservations canceled within 90 days are non-refundable.
